NLP
Neurolingistic Programming is a dynamic approach to change work working with the language we use, the ways we store memories and making conscious the patterns of behavior, thoughts and emotions, beliefs and values that are stored in the unconscious mind. Using a goal oriented approach, clients determine their ideal outcome and a systematic treatment protocol is devised to realign conscious and unconscious content. It relies on the belief that everyone has all the resources they need for change and success. NLP Processes include Time Based therapies, Swish patterns, hypnosis, values identification, parts integration, phobia release, anchor processes reframing among others.
EFT
Emotional Freedom Technique, often referred to as EFT or Tapping is an energetic technique to clearing stuck energy. Tapping on acupressure points at the end of meridians at the same time as stating the problem, the emotions, the thoughts or any information that is charged, clears stuck energy, reduces stress and allows a new state to be experienced. When we consider how much stress affects our lives and health, this amazing technique has much to offer.
When we identify a problem and all the associated emotions, thoughts and beliefs we give ourselves the opportunity to shift into a more resourceful state. When we can think more clearly, shift negative emotions we can understand things from a different perspective and take different action. The relief we feel just from shifting out of a stuck state is renewing. Tapping is used for PTSD, physical conditions, situations, empowering a positive state for competition, sports, exams. In fact the options are limitless and that’s what is so amazing about it.
