Valerie has been working in the Holistic Health Sector of the beautiful Sutherland Shire for over 20 years. It is such a privilege and joy to journey beside folk who seek support to feel well, strong and be empowered with achievable strategies to improve their health and life.
She became interested in Complementary Health Care when one of her children was diagnosed with brain cancer.  After using Reflexology on him from reading a book she borrowed from the Library, his stomach and head felt settled and calm.  A passion and life path emerged!

Valerie has extensive experience working with people with chronic health conditions, including chronic fatigue, cancer, injuries, pain management; grief and loss, anxiety and depression, PTSD, health coaching, major transitions, relationship distress, finding balance in life, work, family and inspiring the best possible outcome in all areas of life.

In the past, Valerie has taught Aromatherapy at Endeavour Natural Therapy College and TAFE and been a regular guest writer for Greenhouse Living on the use of Essential Oils for healing and in the home.

Her warm empathic presence, sense of humour and realness allows clients to completely relax and allow a healing process to emerge. Her strengths lie in her intuitive ability to choose the right blend of interventions to produce the best results and being passionate about walking her own path and inspiring others to do the same.

In her spare time, Valerie loves spending time in her Garden, walking and playing with her angelic fluffy dog, personal development courses, camping, caring and cooking for her family and friends and coming up with creative events to bring meaning, connection and fun into life. Having a voracious appetite for learning (and sometimes chocolate), she finds joy in solving her own life questions and passing on those learnings so the ripple effect of healing and living a wondrous life goes out into the world.
