Today I thought I would talk a little about Low Level Laser Therapy. It is also called Cold Laser or LLLT for short. There has been some increased exposure on the media lately so I thought some clarification would be good. We have heard how beneficial Lasers are for reducing pain and healing. However, generally don’t know enough about them. When should you use them? Where do you get treatment? And what does Treatment involve?

How It Is Used:
- Press the on button
- Select a setting for Acute, Medium or Chronic condition
- Position the Laser probe above or on the area to be healed
- Press the button to start
- An alarm will sound after 5 minutes. You may then reposition the probe.
- Change the position of the probe to 2cm away until all the sore points have been taken care of
- The Lasers can be used every day. You might notice immediate results. Similarly, improvements in pain may take a few weeks.
Laser Helped Emma
